Happenings at Camp Cont.

The dining hall Project continues to progress. The latest is the awesome deck going up around the dining hall, check out the pictures! We have had some different groups come in to help us get it started. Thanks so much for everyones hard work on it. We are now waiting to hear from Timbertech, to see if they will donate any of the decking boards, otherwise we will just put down wood decking. Pray with us as we wait to see what is decided.

The inside still has a few projects that need to be finished up, but it still amazes everyone how different it looks. Check out the pictures that I posted some months ago of the inside.

Happenings of Camp

So much has been going on at camp since I last updated, but of course this seems to always be the case! :)

Our weekends continue to be filled up, praise the Lord!

Our latest project was the construction of the new state of the art Gaga Dodgeball! Never heard of it well then come to Stony Glen Camp to find out how to play and reserve your spot!

Dining Hall Pics. and update

Pictures of the Dining Hall and Dave and Brian Townsend preping the floor to be stained! Looks amazing! Hopefully I can get a few pics. on here of the floor stained and the etching in the floor of the camp's logo that Darin Keeney did.
Sorry its been soooo long since I posted anything. All I can say is that life gets away from me and before I know it months have gone by.
Some recent happenings are; Jim had double knee replacements a couple months back and is doing well, please continue to pray for complete healing and full use of his knees. Also pray as David broke his ankle recently and had to have surgery. He has been in a cast for about three weeks now and has about three more weeks to go in a cast then lots of therapy. Pray that David can continue to "be still" during this time.
Camp life still continues as normal so thanks to the many people that have stepped up to help Jim out during David's down time. Camp is looking good thanks to the different groups that have given there time to do service projects, from spreading stone, clearing paths, picking up around camp to name a few I know of. Thank you!
